Order Processing:

• Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Time:

• We are a small business and do not have warehouses throughout the
  US like larger retailers therefore, shipping times may vary depending on fulfillment/shipping location and unexpected shipping delays.
• Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to arrive after it has been processed.
• We understand that waiting can be difficult, and we appreciate your patience.

Shipping Costs:

• We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more. Standard shipping rates calculated at checkout.

Shipping Locations:

• We ship to all locations within United States.

Shipping Method:

• All orders are shipped via standard ground shipping.

Express Shipping:

• At this time, we do not offer express shipping options.

Tracking:

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

• You can track your order's progress using the provided tracking number.  

Delivery Issues:

• While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Return Policy

Return Policy

At Ella Jane Lifestyle Boutique, we want you to love your purchases for both yourself and your little ones! We understand that sometimes an item might not be the perfect fit. Please review our policy carefully:

All returns are eligible for store credit only.

Eligibility for Return:

• Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• Condition: All items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached.

• Original Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging, where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and other reasons, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit:

• Swimwear

• Undergarments (bras, panties, bodysuits, etc.)

• Socks and Tights

• Any items marked "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.

How to Make a Return:

1. Submit Your Request: within 30 days of your purchase to initiate a return.

   • Self-Serve Online: Customers can submit return requests by logging into their customer account on our online store. You can access your account by clicking here or from the store menu if you already have an account. To log in, simply enter your email address and you'll receive a six-digit verification code via email. Enter this code to access your account without needing a password. Once logged in, you can request a return for fulfilled or partially fulfilled orders by selecting the order and the items you want to return, choosing a return reason, and submitting the request.

2. Shipping: Return shipping is free! We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label that you can print once your return request has been initiated and approved.

3. Packaging: Carefully package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit.

5. Processing: Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.

6. Store Credit Issuance: If approved, your store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card or unique code sent to your email address. This store credit will be valid for future purchases at Ella Jane Lifestyle Boutique.

Important Notes:

• Store credit does not expire.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Ella Jane Lifestyle Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.
