How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, select your size, and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly! Please contact us at info@ellajanelife.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to accommodate you before your order ships.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States. Please check back for updates on international shipping availability.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after processing. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order through the Shop app.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to love every purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@ellajanelife.com to initiate a return or exchange.

What items are eligible for return?

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Swimwear, jewelry, and sale items are final sale.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes sizing details. For children's clothing, we include detailed size charts with measurements in inches to help you find the perfect fit. When in doubt, size up!

Do you carry plus sizes?

Yes! Many of our women's styles are available in extended sizes. Browse our full collection and filter by size to find your fit.
