Order Processing:

• Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Time:

• We are a small business and do not have warehouses throughout the
  US like larger retailers therefore, shipping times may vary depending on fulfillment/shipping location and unexpected shipping delays.
• Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to arrive after it has been processed.
• We understand that waiting can be difficult, and we appreciate your patience.

Shipping Costs:

• We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more. Standard shipping rates calculated at checkout.

Shipping Locations:

• We ship to all locations within United States.

Shipping Method:

• All orders are shipped via standard ground shipping.

Express Shipping:

• At this time, we do not offer express shipping options.

Tracking:

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

• You can track your order's progress using the provided tracking number.  

Delivery Issues:

• While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
